Express Employment is hiring a HVAC Technician for a client company located in Marysville, WA. This is a fulltime, permanent position offer day shift hours Monday - Friday.
As the HVAC Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper installation and functioning of HVAC systems in our client's mobile structures.
Duties include: Collaborating with the installation team to integrate HVAC systems seamlessly into mini mobile structures.Assisting in light plumbing tasksLearning on-site under the guidance of an experienced HVAC technician to understand the installation process and gain hands-on experience.Helping to troubleshoot and resolve basic HVAC-related issues that may arise in the structures.Maintaining a clean and organized work environment within the buildings you are working on.Following safety protocols and ensuring compliance with company policies at all times. Qualifications: While formal certification is not required, a basic understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation methods is essential.Previous experience working as a maintenance technician that included light plumbing and non-licensed electrical work will suffice.Candidates must exhibit eagerness to learn on the job and work alongside experienced technicians to acquire necessary skills. Starting pay ranges between $22 - $26 per hour, depending on experience and skills, plus a benefits package!
