Lexicon is Hiring a Tenant Services Coordinator Near Maryland, MO


The Tenant Services Coordinator is responsible for providing essential services to Lexicon and it's clients. As the primary liaison between Lexicon Services, clients and respective property managers, this individual will oversee and maintain building amenities provided to our clients and employees of Lexicon Services.

Responsibilities
  • Act as primary liaison between Lexicon Services, clients, and property managers
  • Maintain tenant and property files, insurance certificates, lease abstracts, etc. by prescribed standards
  • Coordinates service and maintenance requests with building management, staff and service providers to ensure client satisfaction
  • Assists in lease administration, record keeping and reporting
  • Code client invoices for payment and reconcile annual common area maintenance costs and operating expenses
  • Assist the real estate operations team with real estate projects and client office relocation
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in up-training opportunities.
  • Handles sensitive client data with utmost discretion, care, and accuracy.
  • Outbound calls made to potential client inquiries as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a corporate office setting or customer service management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office systems (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Highly organized, ability to multi-task, and professional
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
