- 3-10 years' experience working as a QA Analyst (experience testing BSS systems highly preferred)
- 2 years' experience using defect tracking systems such as JIRA and general knowledge of defect processing and control
- Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to present findings clearly to management
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst conducting requirements gathering, etc.
- Experience with ALM Octane or similar
- Telecom/Cable Experience
