Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk tasks and providing excellent customer service in a dental office setting.

Duties:

- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries promptly
- Verify insurance information and process payments
- Maintain patient records accurately in dentrix.
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations

Skills:

- Proficiency in using dental office software such as Dentrix or similar systems
- Strong organizational skills to manage front desk duties effectively
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and staff members
- Prior experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred
- Knowledge of medical records management and administrative tasks is a plus
