Medical Practice Manager position:
This Practice Manager opportunity is with a private physician practices. Here you will lead a staff of about 6 professionals. The practice is well established and is poised for growth. This practice is based in Martinsburg with a clinic in Hagerstown.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of PRIVATE Medical Practice Management experience, who understands every facet of operating a medical practice. Experience in Revenue Cycle Management is also required.
Sorry, we will NOT consider a practice manager from a Hospital / Health System Practice. Also we will NOT consider Dental Practice managers.
Private Medical Practice candidates must have experience or a strong knowledge in:
* Human Resources (hiring / firing / policies)
* Accounts Payable
* Payroll
* Coding/Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle (must understand thoroughly)
* EMR / EHR
* Medical Compliance
* Front Office / Back Office experience (Should know everything about the pt experience from the time the pt walks into the practice & until they pay their copay at the end)
Additionally, the right candidate must be willing to fill-in as needed when an employee is off sick or on vacation. (for example help with Front Desk duties if the Front Desk professional is off) The primary goal is to make sure everything gets done efficiently, so the patients have an efficient experience.
Compensation is negotiable based on experience. A full benefits package is being offered along with a competitive salary. The anticipated Salary Range is $50,000 to $65,000. (or negotiated based on your experience)
