Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business and building strong relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You leave from your home daily, to preset appointments. No office politics, no micromanagement.

Duties:
- You must be a motivated self-starter, you must be up to the challenge to learn our systems, products, processes, and why we are the best choice in Windows and Doors
-Represent the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner
-Identify customers and needs
- Implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities and maximize sales revenue
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Qualifications:
- You must have a background in direct sales preferably home improvement but will consider other industries
-Proven experience in outside (in home) sales
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals
- A solid knowledge and some experience in business development and lead generation
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus
- Proficiency in using sales software is an advantage
- Ability to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $77,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
