We’re seeking candidates for a full-time Administrative Assistant. Compensation for this contract opportunity is $18.00-$22.

00 per hour, depending on skills and experience.

What You’ll Do as the Administrative Assistant :

  • Provide support to managers and employees
  • Assist in daily office needs, and a variety of administrative tasks
  • Purchase office supplies
  • Develop reports
  • Manage a curriculum library
  • Maintain records, newsletters, and more

What You Need to Become the Administrative Assistant :

  • Proven experience as admin or office assistant
  • Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS office programs
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to successfully complete assignments on a deadline
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to complete pre-employment background check
  • Will require occasional travel within Marshall, MN
