United Community Action Partnership Overview

We are a familiar face and trusted friend in central and southwest Minnesota but with a new name. The new name United Community Action Partnership, Inc. (UCAP) was adopted through the merging of two organizations (Heartland Community Action and Western Community Action) with a rich history of helping people, changing lives, and working to eliminate poverty in the lives of people in Cottonwood, Jackson, Kandiyohi, Lincoln, Lyon, McLeod, Meeker, Redwood, and Renville counties.
