SENIOR CONTRACT SPECIALIST / / On-site in Marlborough / / Up to 110k Base!!
Looking to join an international leader in the power generation industry?? As a Senior Contract Specialist you will serve as a member of the Legal Department, and be involved in the company’s customers and business managers.
Job Responsibilities :
- Review commercial purchase orders and other various contract documents including change orders.
- Review and coordinate letters of credit and bank guarantees
- Assist with state and local contractor licensing applications and renewals
- Perform administrative duties to support the Legal Department.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration involving legal issues and negotiation.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of various commercial terms and conditions, including legal and commercial implications.
- Power generation industry and / or a working knowledge of power generation industry, manufacturing and construction industry practices and legal standards. About the company :
