Job Overview:

We are seeking a Stocking Associate to join our team. The Stocking Associate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the sales floor is adequately stocked.

Duties:

- Receive and unload merchandise deliveries
- Stock shelves with products according to company standards
- Use RF scanner to track inventory movements
- Assist with inventory control by conducting regular stock counts
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Operate pallet jacks to move merchandise as needed
- Assist customers with locating products on the sales floor
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks

Skills:

- Experience in shipping, receiving, or sales preferred
- Proficiency in operating pallet jacks and RF scanners
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to maintain inventory accuracy
- Capability to lift and move heavy items
- Organizational skills to ensure efficient stocking procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Inventory control: 2 years (Preferred)
• Quality inspection: 2 years (Preferred)
• Warehouse management system: 2 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Marlborough, MA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
