Job Title: ABA Teacher (ABAT)Schedule: 7:30am - 3:00pmSalary: $44,616; opportunity to increase after 90-daysLocation: Crossroads Continuum, Marlborough, MAJob Summary: Crossroads Continuum is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated ABA Teacher (ABAT) to join our team. Under the supervision of the Lead Special Education Teacher, the primary duty of the ABAT is to teach students using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The ABAT will help students achieve the goals and objectives outlined in their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), Behavior Management Guidelines (BMGs), and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).Benefits: Generous Paid Time Off: 4.6 break weeks/equivalent, 9 sick days, 4 personal days, and 12 holidaysComprehensive Health Insurance: 70-80% employer paidDental and Vision Insurance PlansLife and Disability Insurance: Employer paid403(b) Retirement Plan: Up to 50% employer matchGenerous Tuition ReimbursementRequirements: High School DiplomaExperience working with children with autism and related disabilities (preferred)Valid drivers licenseMain Responsibilities: Ensure the supervision and safety of assigned studentsComplete high-quality work with minimal errorsFollow guidelines in the Employee and Parent HandbooksComply with HIPAA and FERPA guidelinesDemonstrate competency in foundational ABA skills as outlined in the 90-Day ChecklistDrive students and staff in Crossroads School vehicles as needed (during school hours only)Maintain case students program book per guidelinesUpdate case students program book with new IEPs within 5 school daysUpdate curriculum sheets as sets and levels are introduced and masteredUpdate behavior data sheets and Behavior Management Guidelines as assignedMaintain case students electronic files per guidelinesConstruct Student Day packets per protocolMake curriculum and materials changes within a week of Clinics, Student Day, and Supervision MeetingsSummarize and enter data dailyMonitor student progress and immediately alert the Lead Special Education Teacher of needed changesUpdate staff on case students progress, program changes, and follow-up from Student Day MeetingsAssist the Lead Special Education Teacher in curriculum development and modificationCommunicate parent concerns immediately to the Lead Special Education Teacher and/or EBSCComplete end-of-day tidying responsibilities of case students materials and the classroomWrite quarterly progress reports for case students per protocolAbout Crossroads Continuum: Crossroads Continuum is a mission-driven organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with autism.
