DescriptionWe are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity in the detail oriented Services industry, located in Marlboro, Massachusetts. The role is for a Front Desk Coordinator, requiring an individual to manage front desk operations efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
  • Manage all front desk operations including answering and transferring phone calls.
  • Perform data entry tasks as required.
  • Ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries.
  • Maintain a comprehensive record of all incoming calls and visitors.
  • Coordinate office activities to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all necessary supplies.
  • Handle and distribute mail and packages to the appropriate recipients.
  • Utilize 'Answering Inbound Calls' and 'Packets' skills to effectively manage and distribute communication.
  • Support other teams with various administrative tasks when needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or related field
  • Proficiency in handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service
  • Experience in managing and organizing packets or similar documents
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in Office Management is a plus
  • Knowledge of office policies and procedures
  • Ability to maintain a detail oriented demeanor and provide a positive company image to the public.
