- Debits/Credits Processing: Manage and oversee the processing of debits and credits, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Collecting and Posting of Cash: Handle the collection and posting of cash receipts, ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and compliant with accounting standards.
- Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Audit Preparation: Assist in preparing for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including job costing and debits/credits processing.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
