Requirements
- Minimum 3yrs direct production management experience
- Sign industry production experience
- Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver projects on-time and of the highest quality
- Motivate, train, support, and provide guidance to production staff
- Adhere to and enforce all quality, safety, and health standards to keep the organization
- efficient and accident-free
- Communicate regularly with upper management on problems or issues impacting
- production
- Evaluate department resources to ensure continued production with minimal downtime
- Develop workflow policies and procedures to improve efficiency without sacrificing safety
- and quality.
- Set productivity goals for each manufacturing team
- Update and maintain project tracking spreadsheets and ERP system
- Ensure adequate scheduling of staff
- Communicate a project status in realtime to Project Management staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production department.
- Perform takeoff for parts and materials.
- Order all parts and materials while tracking deliveries.
- Schedule and complete maintenance on all production equipment
- Skills & Qualifications
- Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Team management experience of at least 10 direct reports
- Experience working with limited supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
