Description of Primary Responsibilities:Develop and direct marketing communications strategies to generate revenue and offset dues through Association's for-profit subsidiaries.Serve as marketing advisor to Association staff and utilize all communications and marketing channels, including social media, to market an integrated plan.Provides email marketing support for associations, subsidiaries, and districtsCollaborates with internal staff on upcoming projects and events to develop a content calendarDevelop and edit collateral to ensure adherence to branding guidelinesCoordinate design and printing projects with outside vendorsInvestigate new marketing tactics and trendsResponsible for website UX and copy updatesLead content generation for website; contribute content to organizations' magazines, e-news, and other platformsSupports productivity of sales staff through the development of marketing collateralAnalyzes and reports on marketing ROICollaborates with the association's partners and sponsors to forward marketing initiativesQualifications:Graduated from an accredited college or university with a degree in marketing/communications or related field or combination of education and relevant work experienceAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize workloadAble to move programs/projects along efficiently and meet deadlinesDemonstrates attention to detail, flexibility and independenceInteracts professionally with internal staff and external volunteer leadershipExperience with website content management systemsProficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, email marketing software such as Constant Contact, photography and podcast editing software, such as AudacityAbility to write for multiple audiences and formatsAssociation experience a plusCompensation/Benefits:Base salary commensurate with experience bonuses based on personal and organizational achievementsGenerous benefits package including, but not limited to - insurance with premium paid for employee/spouse/child(ren), 401(k) with employer match, dental benefits, short/long-term disability
