The Bleznak Organization is Hiring a Handyman Near Maple Shade, NJ
We are searching for a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team and ensure our residents have a comfortable and well-maintained living environment.
The Role:
As a Handyman, you will play a vital role in maintaining our property and sister property. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including cleaning apartments between move-outs, assisting with groundskeeping, and completing light maintenance repairs. The role will require travel between Stoney Run Apartments and our sister property.
Responsibilities:
Apartment Cleaning: Thoroughly clean vacant apartments between move-outs, ensuring they meet our high standards for cleanliness and presentation.
Groundskeeping: Assist with maintaining the property's exterior, including tasks like trash, debris pickup and snow removal during winter months.
Light Maintenance: Perform light maintenance repairs within apartments and common areas. This may include fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, and completing minor plumbing.
Communication: Clearly communicate with residents and maintenance supervisors regarding work completed and any identified issues requiring further attention.
Travel:Be prepared to travel between Stoney Run Apartments and our sister property to complete assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in handyman work or a related field.
Experience with cleaning and general maintenance tasks.
Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving maintenance issues.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
