**Job Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and experience with payroll processing systems. **Duties:** - Process payroll for employees accurately and timely - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations - Reconcile payroll data, including benefits, taxes, and deductions - Collaborate with HR to resolve payroll discrepancies - Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation - Assist with audits and reporting as needed **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred - Proven experience in payroll processing and accounting - Knowledge of account reconciliation, governmental accounting, and double entry bookkeeping - Familiarity with technical accounting standards and UltiPro software is a plus - Experience with accounts payable, ADP, and other accounting software - Understanding of corporate accounting practices and tax regulations This position offers a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
