Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Floral Designer to join our team. As a Floral Designer, you will have the opportunity to showcase your artistic talents by creating stunning floral arrangements for various occasions.

Responsibilities:

- Design and create unique floral arrangements, bouquets, and centerpieces
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect floral designs for their events or occasions
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and floral supplies
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) system and cash register for transactions
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their preferences and needs
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate prices and process payments
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance to care for plants and flowers

Skills:

- Proficiency in English language
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and orders efficiently
- Ability to sell products and upsell additional floral arrangements
- Experience in sales or retail environment is a plus
- Knowledge of lawn care or landscape maintenance is beneficial

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
