TriPex Solutions is Hiring an Office Manager Near Manteca, CA

TriPex Solutions in Manteca, CA is currently looking for a serious, motivated individual to join our Team! The Office Manager’s role is to help shape a growing company with a lot of opportunity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the owner of the company, visitors to the office and ensure a friendly, personal experience
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including proficiently handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Actively engages with employees on issues relating to pay, benefits, employee relations, etc.
  • Manages new hire orientations including content development and delivery; ensures completion and submission of all new hire paperwork
  • Work closely with all employees on keeping track of billable hours for invoicing
  • Oversees all work orders turned on time from employees in the field
  • Other tasks as required

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or a similar role
  • Strong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
  • This is an on-site position. Standard office hours apply

  • Paid vacation (up to 80 hours per year, maximum accrual is 160 hours) & holidays
