Responsibilities
Client Calls : Assist clients over the phone, addressing their insurance needs and recommending suitable plans.
Sales Conversion : Convert incoming and outgoing inquiries into successful sales by effectively presenting insurance options.
Customer Service : Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales processes.
Product Knowledge : Stay informed about insurance products and industry trends to effectively educate clients.
Requirement
Licensing : Possess or able to obtain a valid insurance license in Texas.
Sales Experience : Previous experience in telephone sales or customer service roles is an advantage.
