POSITION PURPOSE:
- Direct and coordinate production people in the operation of production lines to produce quality products in an efficient manner.
- Handle minor troubleshooting of mechanical problems.
- Train Line Leaders.
- Schedule production workers on designated shift.
- High school diploma
- Associate Degree in Supervisory Management or equivalent experience.
- 2 to 5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
- Light mechanical ability. Experience with liquid filling lines preferred.
