The role will involve overseeing financial operations and processes related to solar farm and battery station projects, as well as conducting complex financial analysis for strategic planning and decision-making. Responsibilities:• Oversee financial operations and processes related to solar farm and battery station projects.• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures, monitor compliance, and ensure robust processes are in place.• Conduct complex financial analysis to inform strategic planning and decision-making processes including forecasting, budgeting, costing and profit/loss analysis.• Manage and oversee financial reporting activities ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations while adhering to GAAP principles.• Undertake regular audits and continuous review of financial records to ensure accuracy and transparency.• Actively participate in strategic data interpretation, financial planning, and budget management.• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and investors to ascertain project profitability and investment merits.• Provide stakeholders with regular financial reports, including setting out financial opportunities and risks associated.• Monitor current industry trends and market activities to identify opportunities for cost reduction and financial optimization.
