Job Overview:
Hoff Heating & A/C is looking for a Lead Generator to help bring leads in from our Costco locations. We are in search of a professional, self-motivated individual to join our team and help us provide HVAC solutions to our customers. Immediate need for Part-Time Lead Generators who are able to work in multiple Costco stores. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule; however, weekend and evening availability is required. Hourly plus commission.

If a Costco member is interested in heating and/or cooling, you will facilitate their request and relay their information to our office in a timely manner. Our office will then handle the member’s needs from there!

Duties:

• Provide inquiring Costco members information for free consultations with our HVAC Consultants
• Focus on customer's needs and maintaining clear communication with customers and our internal departments.
• Answer any questions and gather customer information for our sales team to reach out.
• Work inside Costco locations and spark conversations with potential customers

Skills:
- Prior experience in customer service a plus
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to use personal cell phone and input lead data in app

Pay starts at $12 per hour plus commission on leads. This job is great for anyone who likes to work independently, likes to talk to people, and is hungry to earn.
