Join our team as an Auto Body Technician and showcase your skills in vehicle repair and restoration. We are seeking a skilled individual with experience in auto body repair and maintenance to contribute to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Repair and restore damaged vehicles to their original condition
- Perform auto body repair tasks including dent removal, frame straightening, and panel replacement
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair mechanical issues related to the bodywork
- Conduct auto painting and refinishing to match vehicle colors
- Weld, solder, and fabricate parts as needed for repairs
- Estimate repair costs accurately for customers
- Use power tools effectively for cutting, grinding, and sanding
- Perform vehicle maintenance tasks as required
- Detail vehicles to ensure high-quality finishes
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role
- Proficiency in auto estimating and assessing vehicle damage
- Strong welding skills for metalwork repairs
- Knowledge of power tools and equipment used in auto body repair
- Ability to fabricate parts when necessary
- Experience in vehicle maintenance procedures
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality finishes
- Mechanical aptitude similar to that of a mechanic
