Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations, addressing and resolving workplace conflicts and issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Process payroll and collaborate with 3rd party vendor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
- Proficiency in Payroll software
