As an Express Service, Service Advisor you will be working with higher volume oil changes, tire rotations, and express style automotive vehicle repairs.

Our main focus is customer satisfaction. The only candidates to be considered will possess a can-do, winning approach, highly focused on customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

- 5 day work week which requires every Saturday
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately diagnose vehicle issues
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers
- Upsell additional services and products to customers
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Experience:
- Previous experience in automotive repair or service advisor role preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
- Familiarity with shocks, struts, tires, brakes, and transmissions
- Sales experience and ability to effectively upsell products and services
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
