Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. The Culinary Specialist will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes for trade shows and demos in kitchens.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare simple demo dishes according to ingredients to be featured
- Assist in recipe development
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs and preferences

- Participate in trade shows

- visiting kitchens and promoting the use of featured ingredients

Skills:
- Experience in a culinary role in fine dining
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and techniques
- Familiarity with food service operations
- Excellent presentation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Good team player
