Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and contribute to the success of our team.

Duties:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with stocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with restaurant operations is beneficial
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with Aloha POS system or similar restaurant software is a plus
