Job DetailsWe are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to make a significant impact on our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes, managing projects, and ensuring product development is conducted efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial engineering, quality control, supply chain management, and AutoCAD.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and monitor manufacturing processes and systems, ensuring they are effective and efficient.
  • Conduct regular process improvement initiatives to reduce cost, improve quality, and increase productivity.
  • Manage various projects, coordinating with different departments to ensure timelines, budgets, and specifications are met.
  • Maintain a rigorous quality control system, identifying and rectifying defects and non-conformities.
  • Use AutoCAD to create detailed designs and plans for manufacturing processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with other engineers, suppliers, and customers to resolve manufacturing issues and improve product quality.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, project management, product development, and quality control.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management and AutoCAD.
