Our client in Madison is looking to bring on a 100% remote Bookkeeper to join their team. This role is part time offering 20hrs a week where you can choose your own hours, and has the chance to turn into full time employment and grow within the organization. Below are the must haves for the position:

Duties:

• AP/AR
• Payroll
• Financial reporting
• Billing
• Account management
• Light HR responsibilites

Must have: - QuickBooks experience, Not for Profit experience for accounting, GAAP

Nice to have: - Admin/coordinator experience (handling contracts, meeting vendors, handling calendars, etc.)
