WST CONSULTING LLC is Hiring a Procurement Specialist Near Madison, WI

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Administrative: Provide administrative support to the team.

· Procurement: Organize and place purchase orders (coming in and going out) while keeping records updated, storing documents, and advancing/streamlining ordering procedures.

· Filling, bottling, storing, tracking, packaging, and shipping product orders

· 100% at work position

MINOR ROLES:

· Provide solutions to reduce costs.

· Coordinate meetings, provide agendas, setup virtual and in person meetings. Facilitate direct contact between our team and internal/external contacts.

· Act as liaison with outside parties to coordinate meetings, scheduling, and other requests.

· Creation and maintenance of departmental training documents

· Coordinate travel arrangements for visitors.

· Assist with special projects and join committees as requested

· Provide backup for other administrative team members as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Previous experience working in administrative and procurement roles

· Knowledge of scientific and business terminology

· Understands ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements applicable to our business.

· Bachelors’ degree from a university or reputable college

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Ability to work with computers and the latest software programs

· Ability to occasionally move and lift boxes weighing up to 25 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
