Our Admissions Representative is an essential part of our Admissions team who is responsible for greeting patients and / or their representative in a friendly manner, gathering demographic and payment information, and communicating with other departments.
Excellent customer service, attention to detail, great telephone etiquette, computer knowledge, and the ability to multi-task in pressure / stressful situations are essential.
The working conditions will be in a clean, well-lighted area, with long periods of sitting and / or standing, and frequent repetitive motion of the hands / wrists involved.
The Admissions Representative works 40 hours per week, with rotation of weekends, holidays, and various shifts / hours.
Full-time positions come with Madison Regional Health System's benefits package and a competitive salary. Shift differential occurs 6pm-6am Monday-Friday, weekends, and holidays.
MRHS offers retention pay to individuals who have worked at the facility for greater than one year. Madison Regional Health System employees receive a discount at the on-site cafeteria.
