Auto Detail Manager
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Auto Detail Manager to oversee our auto detailing department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a keen eye for perfection when it comes to detailing vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the auto detailing department
- Hire, train, and supervise a team of detailers
- Ensure that all vehicles are cleaned, waxed, and polished to the highest standards
- Inspect vehicles before and after detailing to ensure quality control
- Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and equipment
- Develop and implement detailing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding detailing services
- Monitor department performance and provide regular reports to management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in auto detailing and/or management
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of various detailing techniques and products
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using detailing equipment and tools
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
