Key Job ElementsDuties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis for help with problem solving;
- Train production employees with implemented plans;
- Other quality projects as needed;
- Able to work well with production and others team members consistently, accurately, and safely.
- Skill Level II – Freshman – Senior;
- Currently enrolled in a technical college or higher education program in the area of expertise assigned;
- High level computer skills (data entry, Microsoft Excel, database knowledge, coding, scripts).
- Usage of various gages (micrometer, dial bores, calipers, surface finish, etc).
- Strength – Must be able to lift and carry up to 35lbs
- Motion – Constant walking; frequent and sustained bending, crouching, stooping, kneeling, squatting, overhead reaching and climbing ladders;
- Vision/Hearing Requirements – Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and hear audible alarms;
- Metatarsal safety shoes are required as well as safety glasses.
