Franchisees typically rely on the team to provide outstanding service, maintain a clean, customer friendly environment, stock and merchandise products, and operate the register. Franchisees expect everyone to demonstrate reliability, honesty, and greet customers with a smile.

What might you do?

• Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service
• Drive sales through effective communication with customers
• Maintain a clean, customer friendly environment in your franchisee’s store
• Perform cashier duties (ring sales and maintain cash control)
• Perform all regular cleaning activities, and other tasks included in your job assignments
• Forecast, order and stock merchandise (with appropriate training)
• Check in merchandise deliveries from vendors

Responsibilities

What will you do ?

In general your responsibilities will include but limited to ::

• Ensure prompt, efficient and courteous guest service and effectively react to and resolve customer complaints.
• Forecast, order, stock and merchandise products (upon completion of appropriate training)
• Maintain a properly stocked, clean and friendly environment in the store
• Aid the reconciliation and completion of store operations daily paperwork
• Support the franchisee to maximize sales and profits
• Identify and resolve sales obstacles
• Management, coaching and motivation of staff
• Assist in scheduling, training and coaching to develop top performing employees
• Must be willing to be scheduled to work different shifts/days and be available to cover for absent staff
• Be willing and capable, after appropriate training, to run the store in the absence of the franchisee.

Education/Experience Required

• High school diploma or GED. University degree a definite plus.
• A minimum of two years experience in retail or fast food management.
• Strong written, oral and mathematical skills
• Valid driver licence and a reliable transpiration

Physical Functions

• Must be able to stand and/or walk for the entire shift
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds from the ground to overheads up to an hour of the work day when needed.(to assistant and in stocking/maintaining inventory levels)
• Ability to push and pull with arms up to a force of 128 pounds (i.e. utilizing hand truck).
• Ability to bend at the waist.
• Will be required to occasionally climb a ladder and/or stool, kneel or crotch to store or retrieve material and/or place or remove signs.
