We are currently looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join our dedicated. This position will be filled by a candidate with previous experience in staffing and long-term care.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with preparing nursing department work schedules for each calendar month.
• Assist with finding call-in replacements in order to meet corporate, state, and federal staffing guidelines.
• Answer phones, assist visitors and residents, and relay communications.
• Carry out additional administrative support as needed, including but not limited to :

o Recruiting and Retaining Staff

o Maintaining a budget and PPD

Requirements :

Effective verbal and written English communication skills.

Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation.

Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.

Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
