Grace Haven Medical Cellular Detox & Wellness is looking for a registered nurse to join our team.

Job Title: Weight Loss and Wellness IV Infusion Registered Nurse (RN)

Summary:

The Weight Loss and Wellness IV Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in administering IV infusions tailored to support clients in their weight loss and wellness journeys. This position requires a deep understanding of weight management principles, wellness practices, and intravenous therapy techniques. The RN collaborates with healthcare professionals and clients to develop personalized treatment plans, monitor progress, and ensure safe and effective delivery of IV infusions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assessment and Consultation:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ medical histories, current health status, and weight loss goals.

- Provide personalized consultations to educate clients on the benefits, risks, and expectations of IV infusion therapy for weight loss and wellness.

2. Treatment Planning:

- Collaborate with clients and healthcare providers to develop individualized treatment plans that integrate IV infusion therapy with other weight loss and wellness strategies.

- Recommend appropriate IV infusion formulas, supplements, and additives based on clients’ needs and goals.

3. IV Infusion Administration:

- Prepare and administer IV infusions in accordance with established protocols, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety standards.

- Monitor clients throughout the infusion process, assessing vital signs, fluid balance, and adverse reactions.

- Provide education and support to clients regarding infusion procedures, potential side effects, and post-treatment care.

4. Documentation and Monitoring:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of clients’ assessments, treatment plans, infusion protocols, and outcomes.

- Monitor clients’ progress and response to IV infusion therapy, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize results.

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care and alignment with clients’ overall wellness goals.

5. Patient Education and Support:

- Educate clients on nutrition, exercise, lifestyle modifications, and other strategies to enhance the effectiveness of IV infusion therapy for weight loss and wellness.

- Provide ongoing support, encouragement, and motivation to empower clients in achieving their weight loss and wellness objectives.

- Address clients’ questions, concerns, and challenges related to IV infusion therapy and overall health management.

Qualifications:

- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the relevant jurisdiction.

- Certification in intravenous therapy and infusion administration.

- Clinical experience in weight management, nutrition, or wellness settings preferred.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

- Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and professional development.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $34.09 - $41.05 per hour
