As a Client Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our retail clients. Your engaging personality, product knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills will contribute to a positive shopping experience for customers while achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, creating a welcoming and friendly environment. Actively listen to customer needs, offer product recommendations, and address inquiries to enhance their shopping experience.
Sales Generation: Utilize product knowledge to promote and upsell merchandise, driving sales and meeting individual and team targets. Employ persuasive communication techniques to encourage customers to make purchasing decisions.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their preferences and needs. Proactively communicate new product arrivals, promotions, and special offers to drive repeat business.
Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the products offered, including features, benefits, and uses. Provide accurate information to customers and answer questions confidently to assist them in making informed buying decisions.
Transaction Processing: Efficiently handle sales transactions, including cash, credit card, and digital payments. Ensure accuracy in pricing, discounts, and receipts, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Merchandising: Participate in visual merchandising activities, ensuring products are displayed attractively and according to established guidelines. Keep the store organized, clean, and visually appealing to create a positive shopping environment.
Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, returns, and exchanges in a professional and empathetic manner. Collaborate with team members and managers to find suitable solutions, aiming to exceed customer expectations.
