Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Salesperson to join our team in the manufactured housing industry. The ideal candidate will have a high drive and will not be lazy. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dealership environment and contribute to the growth of our sales department.
Responsibilities:
- Very familiar with social media and how to market online.
- Be a good conversationalist and be a people person.
- Close the sale and not afraid to ask for the business.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Utilize Excel or similar software for tracking sales data and generating reports.
Qualifications:
- Be a proven winner
- A trainable person - we don't need a know-it-all
- Must be able to think on your feet
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
We have an atmosphere of success in our office, we don't need a mediocre person with a mediocre attitude. You will not fit in and won't last long in our operation. You don't have to have sales experience, you just need to have extremely high drive and be teachable. We can train the rest.
