FloraCraft Corporation is Hiring an Assistant Product Manager Near Ludington, MI
- Assist in the product development process, collaborating with Product Development and Marketing on creation and communication of new and existing products
- Develop specification documents for product and deliver to our factory partners
- Review factory samples, document approvals/changes, and deliver feedback notes to factories
- Keep accurate notes on approvals/changes and progress toward factory and account ship dates
- Manage the process of cataloging and identifying file samples for easy access and reference
- Create ‘mock' samples for new products as required by account, including product sample, packaging, merchandising, etc.
- Collect, prepare and ship samples to our customers
- Ability to build a strong relationship with suppliers to uphold our quality, performance, and all regulatory/compliance standards
- Instrumental in developing solutions to complement FloraCraft's product offering and meet consumers' demands for innovation and quality
- Assist in setting up and maintaining product showroom
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills with a strong sense of curiosity and desire to learn
- Attention to detail, accuracy and follow-up ability are essential
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize assignments based on timeline requirements
- Must be proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Adobe Creative Suite
- Database experience/knowledge a plus
Compensation details: 17-20 Hourly Wage
