South Florida Water Solutions is a family owned water purification business that started in 2013. We are based out of the Loxahatchee, FL area and we service all areas from Stuart to Boca Raton. ******Please keep in mind that this is a labor intensive job where you will be working mostly outside in the Florida elements diagnosing and fixing problems related to residential home water purification systems***********

The Installer/ Service Tech is responsible for, but not limited to; customer site visits, servicing equipment, repairing equipment and diagnosing system problems. Monthly service routes available as well where you will be replenishing supplies to water systems.

Responsibilities

• Must be punctual and on time!
• Complete Maintenance and repairs on residential water treatment equipment.
• Record unit data and test water conditions on each and every service call.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide answers during the course of service calls.
• Utilize interpersonal skills to communicate professionally at all levels with customers and within the company.
• Provide written and verbal reports of service calls that incorporate the complete understanding of a Water System.
• Communicate with management, sales and customer service to resolve customer complaints.
• Travel in company vehicle in order to support and maintain service area.
• Maintain service vehicle inventory.
• Load and unload various supplies/inventory on and off work truck.
• Basic shop duties such as cleaning and building maintenance.
• Provide assistance to other departments as needed.
• Perform any other activities as needed or as directed.

Qualifications

• Ability to repetitively lift 50 lbs
• Plumbing/Mechanical related experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as a team to meet deadlines and goals.
• Demonstrated comprehension of water supply systems, pressure boosting systems, regulation, piping scenarios, reverse osmosis systems, well water knowledge, water softening system knowledge.

Years of Experience

Minimum of 3 years of related work experience or training

Competitive pay will increase after 90 days. 401k after 1 year.
