Responsibilities
- Route tickets to appropriate technical resource for resolving user issues related to computers, networks, and software
- Route tickets to appropriate technical resource for complex issues
- Provide clear and concise technical explanations to users with varying technical abilities
- Document and track all user issues within our ticketing system
- Assist users with various cloud-based applications such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while delivering exceptional customer service
- Utilize skills in Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Lotus Notes, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deskside Support, Desktop Hardware, and Ticketing System
- Work with A/V equipment and provide mobile device support when necessary.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Help Desk Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience in using a ticketing system for managing and tracking issues.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to stay updated on the latest technology trends and continuous learning.
