Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Concrete Superintendent to join our construction team. The Commercial Concrete Superintendent will assist in various tasks related to concrete construction, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.

Duties:

- Assist in the preparation of concrete forms and surfaces.
- Pour and finish concrete according to project specifications.
- Perform tasks such as smoothing and leveling concrete using various tools.
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment used in concrete work.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.

Skills:

- Experience with reading and interpreting construction schematics.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore or Primavera.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes related to construction projects.
- Ability to maintain quality control standards throughout the concrete work.
- Familiarity with HeavyBid software for estimating purposes.
- Strong understanding of pipeline construction techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
