LPG is Hiring a Construction Project Manager - Heavy Civil Near New Haven, CT

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager to join our team. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, blueprint reading, and utilizing project management software such as ProCore and Prolog.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other project documents
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, safety compliance, and progress
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Proficiency in project management software such as ProCore and Prolog
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Familiarity with Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and HeavyBid is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
