Nor-Lea Hospital District is Hiring a Staffing coordinator Near Lovington, NM

Under the direction of the LWC Manager, plans and supervises staffing needs for the LWC.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

  • Oversees planning and coordination of group fitness programs.
  • Plans and supervises staffing needs for the LWC; especially for the opening shift.
  • Ensures that building is open and ready for clients by the scheduled opening for LWC.
  • Ensures that building is closed and secure at the end of each day.
  • Ensures that staff participate in cleaning of the facility and are trained regularly.
  • Ensures that staff are trained to utilize computers systems.
  • Ensures teamwork between life guards, front staff and fitness instructors.
  • Ensures that staff are trained and practice good customer service practices and comply with employee standard of behavior.
  • Make recommendations to LWC Manager regarding job performance and any disciplinary actions.
