• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• A minimum of five years maintenance experience.
• Ability to read, writes, and follows written and oral instructions.
• Must have the physical capacity and mobility to do heavy work—pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 pounds – over 50 pounds with assisted.

• Basic knowledge in electrical wiring, plumbing, and HVAC.
