Associate Designer

Duties:
- Assist in the design and development of new fashion collections
- Collaborate with the design team to create sketches and technical drawings using CAD software
- Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments to garments
- Sew prototypes and samples using a sewing machine
- Research and analyze fashion trends, fabrics, and colors
- Assist with fabric sourcing and selection
- Support the team in creating mood boards and presentations for client meetings
- Contribute to the overall creative process, including brainstorming and concept development
- Assist with organizing and maintaining design materials, samples, and archives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
- Strong knowledge of garment construction techniques
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator
- Experience with CAD software for fashion design (e.g., Optitex, Gerber)
- Excellent sewing skills, including the ability to operate a sewing machine
- Knowledge of fashion styling and trends
- Ability to illustrate fashion sketches by hand is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and accuracy
