Specific Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are being prepared with the correct priority
• Assist in organizing order tickets and proper placement of food on food trays
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure established recipes are adhered to and standards are being met on a consistent basis
• Inspect dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature before sending them out to guests
• Assist in delivering orders/running food to maintain prompt service to guests
• Will maintain the highest level of service standards at all times and provide the best-in-class dining experience possible
• Addresses food/beverage or service related guest issues and utilize creativity and resources available to maintain optimum satisfaction
• Inspect the premises according to quality and sanitation standards and assist in overall cleanliness
• Transfer important information between the kitchen and the wait staff
• Eliminate obstacles in service, food preparation lines or dishwashing
• Must be knowledgeable of all health department standards and use good hygiene practices
• Support bussers/servers in their tasks as assigned

Education, Tr AI Ning, And Experience

• Two years high volume at a Multi-unit operation
• High school diploma required.
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license
