Are you looking for a meaningful career in a local business that has national brand support people recognize and trust?
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, will help maintain and grow a local Allstate agency by engaging current clients and building strong relationships in the community. You will apply insurance knowledge and customer service skills to increase the customers understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and organize agency files
  • Use agency CRM systems to document EVERY interaction with EVERY customer EVERY time.
  • Run weekly and daily audits as directed to work cancellation lists, win-back lists, premium increase lists, other renewal lists, etc.
  • Answer incoming calls expeditiously and courteously and direct them to the appropriate person promptly and efficiently
  • Receives and processes insurance payments.
  • Receives and processes endorsements in an expeditious and efficient manner. Document everything in CRM 100% of the time
  • Your role is to get to know your customers, understand what is important to them, give them good advice, and to recommend products and services to protect their family.
Job Qualifications
  • Strong interest in a customer care
  • Prior insurance experience required
  • Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus!)
  • Confident, motivated individual who works well independently as well as a team!
  • Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
