Robards & Stearns, PC is a law firm that provides legal services to automobile dealers. We will train you in the intricacies of this unique area of law.

Job Description:

Robards & Stearns is seeking an Associate Attorney with 5-7 years litigation experience to join our team in Los Gatos, California. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil litigation and will be able to work independently.

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed in California as an attorney;
• Must have experience with civil procedure;
• Must have familiarity with civil pleadings and experience drafting the same;
• Must have experience with written discovery and depositions;
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Must be able to work with deadlines;
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks effectively; and
• Must be able to work in a team environment.

This position is for full-time hours, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm. Candidates who are interested in this position should submit their resume and cover letter for consideration. Candidates should also provide references upon interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
